Baani Lodge is a corner of Paradise nestled in Felidhoo Island, Vaavu Atoll.
It is the idea of Laura & Shuja, who have been friends for many years. Laura is Italian but lives in France, Shuja is Maldivian and lives in Malé, while his family lives in Felidhoo.
Laura & Shuja have worked hard to bring Baani Lodge to life – to create a beautiful and peaceful resting place in Felidhoo – a real Garden of Eden. Here you will be able to relax in our luxurious garden, feast on our exquisite food and feel restored in our cosy rooms.
Your time with us can be taken entirely at your own pace, and our staff will be discretely on hand when you require them. Together, we take great care in preparing our ‘home from home’ – as we like to say: “Perfection is not a detail, but details make perfection”.
Our objective is to give you a fascinating taste of local life. We believe it is the most tranquil experience in the Maldives – paradise on earth!

BAANI Lodge comprises 6 beautifully-constructed rooms, all with ensuite private bathrooms. A clever use of exquisite wooden features (reclaimed from the Tsunami) makes each room unique. A cosy restaurant and a luxurious garden complete the property.
